Your privacy.
You are handing over information about your family and the people who care for your children. Here is exactly what happens to it, without the legal fog.
We never touch your phone contacts
There is no contact upload, no address book scan, no permission request. The only people who know you are here are the friends you personally choose to send your invite link to.
Nobody is listed without saying yes
When you recommend a sitter, that is a private note to us. The sitter is asked directly whether she wants to be listed, and nothing about her appears anywhere until she agrees.
Your details are not browsable
Your name, email, neighborhood and children's details are stored privately. No other member can search for you, look you up, or pull your information out of the site.
We do not sell or share your information
Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to agencies. There is no tracking pixel following you around the internet. We make money from the service itself, never from your data.
Kids' details stay minimal
We ask how many children you have and their ages so sitters match. We do not ask for their names, photos, school or address, and we would rather you never put those in a free-text box.
You can leave whenever you want
Email us and we will delete your record and everything attached to it. No forms, no talking you out of it.
What we actually store.
- Your name, email and neighborhood, so we know where to open next.
- How many children you have and roughly their ages.
- Sitters you recommend, kept private until that sitter opts in.
- Who invited you, so your friend gets credit for bringing you in.
That is the whole list. If a question is not answered here, ask us and we will answer it straight.
